Awaiting manager approval

Harbor & Pine · Downtown

Jordan M. · 12 minutes ago

The food was excellent and the team was warm. We waited longer than expected, but the manager handled it thoughtfully.

Choose a draft

Human approval before every publish

Your business owns the Google connection

Sensitive reviews are escalated—not improvised

The operational gap

Writing one reply is easy. Handling every review safely is not.

Generic AI can produce text. It does not own the workflow around consent, brand consistency, exceptions, duplicates, expired connections, or a complaint that should never receive an automatic response.

01

Slow response

Reviews wait until someone remembers to open Google Business Profile.

02

Inconsistent voice

Each manager writes differently—or pastes the same generic answer.

03

Unchecked AI risk

A confident draft can still invent facts, promises, refunds, or the wrong tone.

04

No exception ownership

Sensitive complaints get treated like routine five-star praise.

A controlled operating loop

Automation does the repetitive work. Your team keeps the final say.

  1. 01

    Detect

A new review enters the client-owned workflow.

  2. 02

    Draft

AI prepares three replies using approved brand rules.

  3. 03

    Escalate

Sensitive or restricted topics are flagged for human handling.

  4. 04

    Approve

An authorized manager selects the public response.

  5. 05

    Publish & monitor

Make publishes the approved reply; callbacks, retries and exceptions are logged.

Not another auto-reply button

The difference is the operating control around the AI.

Brand-safe by default

The system knows when not to speak for you.

Privacy, legal threats, health and safety concerns, discrimination allegations, refund demands, or uncertain facts should not be handled by a cheerful generic response.

No account hostage situation

Your accounts stay yours.

Your team signs in directly to Google and owns the production Make workspace and connection. Pandify never asks for your Google password. If you leave, access is revoked and the operating assets are handed back through a documented offboarding process.

Questions before the pilot

Straight answers, before you connect anything.

Does AI publish replies automatically?+

No. During the pilot, every public reply requires approval from an authorized person on your team.

Do you need our Google password?+

No. An owner or manager signs in directly and completes OAuth. Passwords are never requested or stored.

Can you guarantee higher rankings?+

No. We improve response coverage, consistency and operational handling. Ranking or revenue claims require separate measurement and attribution.

What happens with negative or sensitive reviews?+

They can be routed to an escalation path instead of the normal approval queue. Your rules determine who handles them and what the system must never say.

Who owns the automation?+

The production Google connection and Make workspace belong to the client. Pandify maintains the reusable operating template and provides setup and managed operations.

What happens after 14 days?+

We review response coverage, approval speed, exceptions and operating effort. You can stop, move to setup plus managed operations, or keep the documented manual fallback.

Start with evidence

Let us audit five recent reviews before you connect anything.

We’ll look for response gaps, tone inconsistency and sensitive cases, then show where a controlled approval workflow would—or would not—help.
